Our room was spacious and cozy, and the location was perfect for exploring the vibrant city. The lobby inspired relaxation with its charming decor.
Unfortunately, the noise from the street was disruptive at times, especially late at night with loud parties nearby. It made sleeping an occasional challenge.

A high-end hotel should at least offer complimentary wifi and breakfast!!! Charging for basic amenities is quite disappointing. Room service presentation needs a serious upgrade, as food served in boxes without proper plates is not acceptable!!!
